The fine dust monitoring devices of the Fidas® series series uses the recognized measurement technology of optical light scattering of single particles and is equipped with a white LED light source with a high intensity, highly stable output and long lifetime. The patented T-aperture technology and digital signal processing guarantee optimally accurate particle measurement with a high time resolution, even at high concentrations.

In addition to PM values, the particle number as well as the particle size distribution can be activated in 32 size classes per decade within the particle size range of 0.18 – 18 µm (further size ranges upon request) and used for additional assessments.

The devices of the Fidas® series can easily be calibrated onsite, are low-maintenance and are characterized in general by low operational costs. Due to these advantages, thee devices have been successfully used worldwide for ambient air measurement as well as for indoor / workplace measurement.
